Key Improvements:

Package Upgrade Checks: We've repaired the regular package upgrade checks, ensuring they now function correctly. Upgrade checks will be performed once a week for software updates. Upon finding updates, you'll receive an email notification and an 'Upgrade Now' system alert for seamless updates.

Log Line Removal: We've removed an errant log line used for debugging related to subject blacklist, ensuring cleaner and more accurate logs.

CSV Export Fix: We've fixed a bug in CSV export that only manifested if display_errors was on and E_WARN was in the log level.

System Settings Update: We've updated system settings to reset previous success/error messages when posting a fresh save, providing a cleaner user interface.
